The next President/Secretary of the HealthPath Foundation will have the opportunity to make a difference in the health of Ohioans.
This leader will oversee grant investments across Ohio and use HealthPath’s access and influence to advance public health outcomes through collaboration and advocacy. The President/Secretary will work with the board and a small staff to continue and develop strategies for health equity across Ohio.
Core responsibilities include:
strategic planning,
public relations,
fiscal management, and
revenue generation through intermediary opportunities.

Eric DeWald has been the President/Secretary of the HealthPath Foundation since January of 2016. Within that role he has also been the President/Secretary of the Public Health Fund of Ohio and President of Oral Health Ohio, an initiative of HealthPath. Eric has accepted a new role as President & CEO of the Health Foundation of LaPorte in Indiana. Eric will begin his new leadership role in mid-April. A search for a new President/Secretary is now underway.
