Kiana R. Trabue, MPH

President

Kiana R. Trabue is a public health professional with 20 years of experience who has held various executive level positions in Greater Cincinnati. As the President and Secretary of HealthPath, Kiana oversees strategic planning, public relations, fiscal management, and revenue generation through intermediary opportunities.
 
Kiana received her Bachelor of Arts from The Ohio State University and her Master of Public Health from Wright State University.

Tiffany LaCour

Senior Program Officer

Tiffany supports the strategic development, implementation, and oversight of HealthPath’s grant programs, ensuring impactful initiatives align with HealthPath’s mission. Tiffany builds relationships with grantee partners, manages funding portfolios, and provides expertise to drive health equity across the state of Ohio.

A native of Painesville, Ohio, Tiffany is a proud two-time graduate of the University of Cincinnati and is passionate about community building, placemaking, and equity.

Abby Haynes

Grants Manager & Administrator

Abby is responsible for handling and tracking all grant proposals from the inception of the request through their final stages. Abby also serves as the liaison for all correspondence and communication for HealthPath. She has a background in communication and nonprofit work and earned her Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations from Western Kentucky University.

Abby Beausir, PhD

Director, Oral Health Strategy

Abby brings experience in evaluation, prevention, and strategic grantmaking along with a strong track record of leading coalitions and cross-sector partnerships, using data to inform action, and advancing health equity. 

In this role, Abby will provide strategic direction for Oral Health Ohio and help advance efforts to improve oral health outcomes and equity across the state. She will also play a key role in strengthening partnerships, supporting a statewide coalition, and driving policy and systems-level impact aligned with HealthPath’s broader priorities.
