Creating Healthy Communities
We are a grantmaking organization dedicated to helping all Ohioans reach their fullest health potential.
HealthPath awards prevention-focused grants to nonprofit and government organizations within its 36-county service area. With our partners and grantees, we are working to achieve the following results:

Oral Health: Ohio’s children (ages 0-12) have healthy mouths.

Healthy Ohioans: Ohioans have access to the resources they need to be healthy, including access to healthcare and healthy food.

Age-Friendly Communities: Older adults live and participate in communities to their fullest potential, free from abuse, neglect, and exploitation.
In addition, our Community Connections initiative supports local communities and neighborhoods as they tackle the health issues important to them.
