HealthPath Result Areas

HealthPath is a grantmaker that partners with organizations working to achieve the results of Oral Health, Healthy Ohioans and Age-Friendly Communities across a 36-county region in Ohio.

  • Oral Health: Ohioans, especially those who are underrepresented, have access to the dental services they need.
     

  • Healthy Ohioans: Ohioans have access to the resources they need to be healthy, including access to healthcare and healthy food.
     

  • Age-Friendly Communities: Older adults live and participate in communities to their fullest potential, free from abuse, neglect, and exploitation.
