Helping Ohioans reach their fullest health potential takes a variety of partners from all sectors and communities. HealthPath is involved in several key partnerships and collaboratives that allow us to maximize our resources and efforts as we work to achieve our goals.

Oral Health Partners:

  1. Oral Health Ohio
    Oral Health Ohio is a coalition of statewide partners who educate and advocate to improve our state's oral and overall health.

  2. Philanthropy Ohio Health Initiative
    The Health Initiative is a group of Philanthropy Ohio members focused on improving the health of Ohioans. The initiative envisions a future where the health system supports health promotion and disease prevention as well as patient-centered, quality care accessible by all Ohioans.

    Grantmakers In Aging is an inclusive and responsive membership organization that is a national catalyst for philanthropy, with a common dedication to improving the experience of aging.

    AOFG is an informal group of corporate, community, public charity, family and private foundations committed to strategically enhancing Appalachian Ohio assets through leadership, networking, financial and in-kind investments, leveraged resources, and collaboration.

  3. Ohio Sexual and Intimate Partner Violence Prevention Consortium
    The Ohio Sexual and Intimate Partner Violence Prevention Consortium connects state agencies, service providers, and local communities so they can work together to prevent sexual and intimate partner violence and eliminate gender inequality and other systemic oppression.

  4. Philanthropy Ohio
    Philanthropy Ohio is the statewide membership association that provides the network, tools and knowledge to help people engaged in philanthropy become more effective, powerful change agents in their communities.
