HealthPath Foundation of Ohio Announces Collaborative Funding Opportunity with the Public Health Fund of Ohio

We are excited to co-release the following Request for Proposals: Improving Maternal and Infant Health by Addressing Community Barriers to Healthcare Access, with the Public Health Fund of Ohio (PHFO), an organization dedicated to advancing the health and well-being of Ohioans.

A total of up to $300,000 is available through this collaborative funding opportunity. PHFO and HealthPath anticipate awarding up to six grants of up to $50,000 each over the two-year grant period.

Applications will close on October 6th. Full details regarding eligibility, funding focus, and
