Due to the unprecedented impact of COVID-19 on families, individuals, and community organizations, HealthPath will provide funding through a simple and quick RFP process to address community needs across our service area.
If your organization needs help now in any of the following categories: food access, housing and shelter, caregiving services (i.e. child, older adult, persons with disability), and health care (i.e. behavioral, medical, oral, vision) please apply through our online application portal.
The deadline to submit a grant application is 12:00 p.m. on Friday, April 10, 2020.
Grant awards of up to $10,000 will be made to selected organizations. HealthPath has allocated $200,000 for this initiative. If your organization is a current HealthPath grantee or applying for another HealthPath grant opportunity, you are still eligible to apply for this opportunity.
Applications received after the deadline will not be considered for funding.
