With oversight from the Board, our staff manages the day-to-day operations of The HealthPath Foundation of Ohio.
Eric DeWald is the President for the HealthPath Foundation of Ohio. In this position, he is responsible for oversight of the foundation’s operations, including strategic initiatives in oral health and Strengthening Ohio’s Safety Net.
Prior to joining The HealthPath Foundation of Ohio, DeWald was the Executive Director of the Central Susquehanna Community Foundation. DeWald earned his BA in Sociology from Eastern University and MPA from The Pennsylvania State University, School of Public Affairs
Tara Behanan is the Grants & Administrative Coordinator for The HealthPath Foundation of Ohio. In this position, she is responsible for handling and tracking all grant proposals from the inception of the request through their final stages. Behanan also serves as the liaison for all correspondence and communication for The HealthPath Foundation of Ohio. Prior to joining HealthPath, Behanan was a Coordinator for The Greater Cincinnati Foundation.
Cara Jacob provides research, analysis, feedback, and grant prospect research and writing to The HealthPath Foundation of Ohio and The Women's Fund of The Greater Cincinnati Foundation. She previously held an intern position with The Women’s Fund.
Christine Mulvin is the Program Officer for The HealthPath Foundation of Ohio. She is the lead staff member for Community Connections, HealthPath’s small grant initiative. She assists nonprofits through grantseeker training, grant proposal application development and review, and problem solving during the grant period and beyond. She also organizes the community grant proposal reader review process and participates in a number of statewide collaboratives on HealthPath’s behalf.
